Seller fees range from 2% to 15% depending on the site, and some charge a withdrawal fee on top. The calculator shows the net amount that lands in your account, site by site.
Why compare the total price rather than the listed price
On a skin marketplace, the listed price is almost never what you pay. Depending on the site, you have to add card payment fees, sometimes buyer fees, and on the seller side a commission ranging from 2% to 15%, plus withdrawal fees. Two sites listing the same skin at €30 can cost you €30 on one and nearly €31 on the other.
ClutchSkin does the maths for you. For each of the 3,979 skins we track, we collect the lowest price on Skinport, CSFloat, DMarket, Lis-Skins, CS.TRADE, add each site's known fees and rank the offers by total price. The cheapest is always on top, whether we earn a commission on it or not.
How we collect prices
- Every two hours, a bot queries the marketplaces' official interfaces (Skinport, CSFloat, DMarket, Lis-Skins, CS.TRADE). No unauthorised page scraping.
- Prices are converted between euros and dollars using the European Central Bank reference rate.
- Fees come from the sites' official pages and from comparisons that cite them. Every figure is dated on the Marketplace comparison page.
- If a site does not respond, we keep its last known price and show when it was collected: you always know how fresh the information is.
What this site does not do
We don't sell any skins and we don't hold any items. You buy and sell directly on the marketplaces, with their own account and their own guarantees. We list no gambling sites: no cases, no roulette, no betting. And we will never ask for your Steam API key or your login details.
Going further
Before buying or selling, read our guide to the 7-day trade protection and the one on skin scams. And if you want to cash out, the sell calculator tells you where you get the most.
