Terms of use

This page is a translation of the French terms of use ("Conditions générales d'utilisation"). If the two differ, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website clutchskin.gg, a free price comparison site for skins offered by third-party marketplaces. By using the site, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the service

The site is free and accessible without registration. The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without compensation.

The marketplaces we link to are for adults only. The site's content is not intended for minors.

3. Nature of the information

• Prices are collected automatically from the marketplaces, in principle every two hours. They can change at any time between two collections.
• Fees (commissions, payment, withdrawal) come from information published by the marketplaces or by sources that cite them, as of the date shown. When a site does not publish a fee, we flag it instead of estimating it.
• The calculator's net amounts are estimates. The amount actually paid or received is the one shown by the marketplace at the time of the transaction.
• Amounts shown in dollars are converted from euros at the European Central Bank reference rate and are indicative.
• The comparison is not exhaustive: it covers the marketplaces listed in the comparison.

The information on the site is provided for guidance only. It is not financial advice, an encouragement to buy or sell, or a guarantee of an item's future value.

4. Transactions on marketplaces

ClutchSkin is not a party to any transaction. Purchases, sales, payments, item deliveries and withdrawals take place on third-party sites, under their own terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute with a marketplace, contact its customer service.

5. Liability

The publisher does everything it can to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or update delays. It cannot be held liable for a loss linked to a transaction carried out on a third-party site, to changes in an item's price or to a decision made on the basis of the site's information.

6. Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links and are flagged as such. How they work is described on the How we make money page.

7. Permitted use

You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to extract its content on a massive, automated scale and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
