Fear & greed over time

CS2 market mood, from 0 (extreme fear) to 100 (extreme greed). Five equally weighted measures: price momentum, items at new highs vs new lows, money traded on gainers vs losers, market calm and distance from the peak. Each is scored by how far it sits from its usual level over the past year (50 = as usual). Computed every day on real CSFloat sales of 480 items among those moving the most money, each weighted by its traded value.

Each measure is worth 0 to 100 (50 = as usual); multiplied by its weight, it gives points. Their sum is the index.
